I would love if you expanded on the noble title bit of this mod. Your mod has already done more than i think i've seen before with adding a working title and a crest.

I have a problem. I am not sure how many people have brought the house. Being a thief type character I decided to go the route of buying my way up. I talked to Brutus and I chose the option to pay. He didn't take any gold from me and is silent after our conversation. I went to the house and I didn't own it.
I like this. It reminds me of that DLC from oblivion where you could purchace and own a small castle outside of chorrol. Great job, but it would also be cool if you added an optional version that uses the dragonborn symbol from the blades quest instead of a cross for the crest, though just a suggestion.
This is a great mod. Lore friendly, and audio was added to any new characters where it could (which made the mod less creepy than others where the house is silent). I only wish there was a way to have adopted kids live in the house...
i got a small problemwhen i put weapons up on the racks to show i can not get them back it just wants to activate the weapon rack but i can not pick anything up from it

SetStage HWE01 40 also doesn`t work.
Also - where do I purchase upgrades?

Even with all the latest files and Skyrim version installed it only worked once I installed the "Missing script file". So everything is working now.
I've just done a bit of research on the floating grass. I cannot get it to happen in my pc so I'm at a loss as to how I'm going to fix it to be honest. I did find one post that might do the trick for those of you experiencing the issue:
"Open up both Skyrim.ini AND SkyrimPrefs.ini and at the bottom of the [Grass] section add/alter this:

I'm not too sure what's going on with no.4 in your list, Slenderwillkill. They all have patrol schedules, with two sets of guards to work a day and night shift. There's two guards that patrol the top of the right hand wall, two that patrol the left, one that patrols outside the grounds, two standing at the gateway and two standing at the house. It all works ok on my end. Try "waiting" for 24 hours or so
Good point about no.5: I do have the guards set up to respawn. I think this happens when the cell resets (after 3 days I think).
Regarding the clipping through the ground issue: I'm not too sure what's going on here. In my game I havn't seen it. I'm using vanilla floor pieces that I assume have Havok collision. Just to put a end to the matter, I'll place my own collision boxes around the smithing area and the stables.
Just to confirm, you guys are all playing with a fully updated game, right? When I bring out 0.9.1 it will need you to have skyrim 1.8.
Also, I wonder if one of you guys who are experiencing the floating grass could try it out on a new game, with just wyrmsbanemanor.esp loaded. Let me know if it persists

Okay here are some problems that I have with this mod: 1. In the courtyard the grass floats. 2. the guards and the horses in the walls sink into the ground. 3. I think you put in a bit too many banners on the walls. 4. It may make the mod better if the guards actually patrolled the walls and not just sit in the barracks. 5. My guards were all killed by a dragon and I couldn't find a way to replace them other than using console commands.
Ty for the mod, other than the above problems it is great!
