actually there is away pie...maybe i should make a mod out of it.

but i will tell you anyways. Really simple actually. For example, if you want to get your abilities in destruction to the max you should just use the console command:

    player.setav destruction 100

This command will raise the value of destruction but not your level and can also be used on npc once you click them in console mode, so you can actually amp the sneaking of those pesky eyesore followers if you are the sneaky type. Of course you will still need the perk points but here is the good part, if you rollback your destruction magic for example back to whatever level you had it, you don't lose the perks you bought while you amped that skill! Combine this with a trainer to get unlimited perk points and raise all skill to 100, then buy all perks in game, then lower all stats back into their original values...

And Ta-da, you can play as level 1 char with all perks unlocked (some don't work, so far the only one i am sure is the mage armor stacking though but all action based one such as the stealth roll, lock pick wax key and charging attacks will always remain active)

This code also works for getting awesome items weapons and armors that are normally not possible in game. By boosting the value of creation related actions such as smiting, alchemy and enchanting which the game seems to use to multiply the perk upgrades you get. In layman terms, higher the skill points, best the upgrade you get out of enchantments (you can theoretically create a ring capable of reducing the cost of any school of magic by 100%, essentially giving you unlimited mana) and you can can create much more powerful points

look for where the actual TESV.exe is placed. then dump the text file in there and it should work when you open the console.

I unzipped the file into the folder I normally use, cut and pasted into C:SteamSteamAppscommonskyrim, opened the console in-game, typed "bat AdvanceSkills" (sans quotation marks) and I get the message "batch file could not be found/opened." I tried changing the file extension to .bat and still had no luck. I also tried it in C:SteamSteamAppscommonskyrimSkyrim and had no luck in that route, either.

ok, you unzipped the file and placed the AdvanceSkills.txt in the same folder as TESV.exe ??

or it didn't work when you opened the console?
