Right, now that that's out of the way: are you serious? (oh look, I can spell it right.) You come onto a modding site, specifically intended for people to host stuff like this, and complain that "as far as [you] can tell," it hasn't been modified? It's in the name. Shinier Auriel's Shield. It makes the shield shinier and does nothing else.
Nowhere does the mod author claim any part of the model as their own. Nowhere do they claim ownership of the "Shinier Auriel's Bow" or the "Conan Swords" mods, and in fact they seem to be recommending them for use alongside their shiny shield.
You throw around large words without understanding what they mean. Please think before commenting next time.
