   So is this basically like the Slow a Time shout with similar duration and effects?
   I'm looking for something that's balanced and stable.

   Does this mod actually make you unaffected by the slow because the slow time shout still makes you move slowly.

      Use ck-tool
      
      Magic Effect-Slow time(not script) open
      
      Magicslowtime adds keyword that can dispel
      
      then you all ok

   I can't turn it off either, sometimes it's affect is half an hour realtime....

   It's pretty good, but there are a few bugs. For instance, I cam't turn it off, and could you please reset the speed for opening doors, dresser, etc.? And it also slows down the wait's time. Other than that, it's awesome!
