Looks like everything is Fine ATM, i used the Extra version of the Mod and everything Works, even on my older Save, i haven't uninstalled/installed any mods since i last tried............its weird. Anyway thanks for the Support and Feedback.
@wynxombii i haven't changed the Towns at all, but there is a few clothing packs that place chests and such around Skyrim but not in that Town.................... will Try the Optional File and comment with some Feedback soon.
I have no idea why you would CTD with this mod. It really shouldn't interfere with anything. Only thing I could think of was any mod that altered Falkreath or maybe the Sovngarde chant inside the cell.
I'll try uploading a version without music (since I noticed a few music esps in your load order).
Edit: it's up in optionals, if it doesn't work I'm not sure what's wrong.
Edit again: @Miyet: It's re-textured Iron armor with CBBE bodyslide mesh.

Side note, where did you get your characters armor from? Is it a mod or a hand-made mash-up of armors you did yourself?
I sometimes use QASmoke too, but the low light levels make it quite difficult.
Now that I realized how easy it was to make an interior, I'll look into adding some kind of map marker for it.
EDIT: one hour or so later and I've managed to add a door and a marker, MeinCell Extra is the one you'll want.
