I'm pretty surprised no one has attacked you about pictures or a description yet. You should probably put one up. Anyway, for those who care, the spell is a frostbite spell that also does fire damage. It does about 3 times as much damage as flames/frostbite but I'm not a mage so no mage perks. I have no idea where the tome is located so I consoled it into my inventory. Hope this has help someone who might be interested.
