Everyone is making awesome suggestions, but they would probably be extremely difficult and non-relevant to this mod at all. All he did was whenever a normal enemy would spawn, a dragon does instead. Still, way more than I can do. Good work!

Nice! There are 10 dragon lairs in Skyrim alone and the main reason they're back in numbers is that Alduin is back. Just add the "Paarthurnax" dragon priest plugin and you get the idea. It also make the Blades followers quest relevant.
@Ironman5000, Can you make the plugin spawn increasing numbers as the game progress, then wane after Alduin's first defeat, then just spawns from the 10 lairs (unless cleared out regularly) after completing Sovngarde?
