Hey I have a question for you that's kinda unrelated but would you have any idea why my Auriel's bow suddenly stop'ed working? It has nothing to do with your mod because I have not used it yet or Installed it but my bow dose not work no matter how many times I shoot the sun, I have seen only a couple other people posting online about this bug and there are 0 solutions or even suggestions other than " you must not be aiming at the sun" witch we clearly are. I can load an early save and it works fine but there's no way I'm starting from way back when again. This is one reason I was excited to see your work on this mod but it dose not seem quite finished yet. I have also try'd adding new bow's with the console and they don't work either.
Well 2 things you can try: 1) try aiming from east to west slowly till the screen goes slightly blurry and red and release it then or 2) try console command for clear skies (i dont remember the exact codes tho)
Did you use the permanent visual effect, or the permanent mechanical effect? For the former, the fix is in the description. For the latter, I think a script to reverse the variable would be simple for me to do, I simply have to get around to doing it.
I actually prefer the never-ending eclipse. It's not a bug, it's a feature! As long as I couple this with a mod that removes sun damage permanently, I'm happy.
I believe i've found a way to fix the "infinite loop" caused by the "Als Eclipse Bloodcurse" power. After examining ur doings it was a bit tricky to determine what was going wrong. Nevertheless the solution is actually quite simple.
Open the CK and go to ur "DLC1PersonalEclipsePower", then double click the "DLC Sun Eclipse Self Spell" and change the duration from '13 h' to '10 m' leaving the conditions unchanged. The output effect will cause the bloodcourse power to last 10 min (an equivalent of about 5 in-game hours) and then it will end. There's no cooldown on the power so it's no big deal, u can resume the effect after that. Setting the interval to 10 min and unleashing the power even at 6 p.m (the sunset is at 7 p.m) will not cause the "infinite loop" on the next day to come - it will start normally, with sun penalties for vampires
Yea it seems very easy for things to just break in this game for no reason. Thanks so much for the responce. I'm using your alternate version it's a good work around for the bow not working at all, its pretty funny hearing people say " look at the sky!" with it nice and sunny lol.

They're seperate .esp files, so I think they can work together.
