   Love the title and love what the mod does (whirlwind sprint addict) along with reduced shout time enchants the guards sure as hell got annoying

    Just to respond to rastamouselol, the other mod does not get rid of "arrow to the knee". But i'm also not sure that it affects this situation. The guards will accost you about shouting at least once, but i don't know about after the first time.
