I like it...except...what's with the books on the table (in both versions) and the soul gems and potions on the shelves that aren't really there and can't be accessed? Better no books, gems or potions than bogus ones.
Unfortunately, this mod, and probably your other version, conflicts with Interesting NPCs, which adds a clothing shop to this exact location. You can still access both interiors (the House of Garments and the house mod) because the doors don't quite overlap, but it definitely looks strange.
It is compatible with JKs Riften.
I probably won't use it very often because I can't do without Interesting NPCs, but I've endorsed because it's a very cozy home.
Thank whatever gods there are that you made this mod. Super convenient (creating a mercenary for Riften this time around) location and it has everything you need without being all ground and stuff. Still feels a bit like a castle, but also homey at the same time. Love the divider and map.
Thanks again for the feedback. If I get some time over the weekend I'll try to rework a version more like what you want Lillith. I can't promise a lot because i'm not that great with the CK, but I'll try my best
I like it. it will make a great hideout/storage for when im in riften. I will definitely be downloading this and endorsing. also listen to LillithSuccubus he's got some pretty cool ideas.
i'll endorse this offcourse, but if you can make it even more simpler with just a hay pile as bed, spiderwebs inside like it's abandon simple chair not a castle like or nobel chair but like you are not to poor,i'll hope you know what i mean, and simpel table and chest for some stuff to put inside, perhaps a note wy it's abandon a simpel fireplace and perhaps with a skeever pet inside lol
i don't know how to use the ck kit though,or i might making this myself in rivten at the canal.
I was looking for a mod like this. The big castle mods are cool, but it breaks immersion for me. I just need a small, out of the way, house in RIFTEN. Somewhere to store my stuff.

I love the storage by the alchemy and enchanting tables.
They blend right in.
I added a portable tanning rack and workbench along the wall and they fit nicely.
A forge would be impractical, but I may add a small anvil.
This is IDEAL for a solo Riften-based character.
Endorsed.
Thank you.
a much nicer home then you had before i must say.
