Getting the right tilt shift /DOF is not too hard, but getting an acceptable preset that is playable will take some time to adjust. I have a "perfect" preset that includes tilt shift and dof that I have been using for a long time (253 mods, 120 FPS exteriors and interiors, GTX 780 in SLI) If you would like the settings let me know.
really a noob question but how do i chnage the settings im very very new this is my first time on a PC and im learning. I cant find a tutorial at all .. everything works btw so im proud of that but i just want to adjust some settings.. like the tilt and the blurred sky. example : #define NOT_BLURRING_SKY_MODE
what do i do with this if i want to disable the blurred sky ? how can i manipulate the tiltshift ?

This is a gem. Did a little tweaking and got it functioning very well for standard gameplay. Really takes it to a whole new level.
This is a godsend after having to reduce my ugrids back to 5 due to instability.

This setting may be overexposure, try to decrease BokehBias and BokehBrightnessMultipiler
