Love this mod, mainly because i cant stand the normal version of the thieves guild hood lol On that note, would it be possible to make a loose version of the Guild Masters Hood?
Okay, a lot of people have been having trouble downloading the latest version of the file. I'm afraid that there's nothing I can do on my end -- when I try to download my own files, I can do so, though with a significantly reduced number of servers. That suggests that it's a Nexus download server issue.
I'm going to see if I can contact the administration to rectify this. In the meantime, y'all will have to be patient.
EDIT: Okay, slowly but surely, servers are coming back online. Hell, less than slowly, even. At the time of posting, six American, one United Kingdom, and one Netherlands server are available for manual download for regular members. There are also three servers available for premium members.
I don't know if there are any issues with NMM, as I've always downloaded files manually, but I'll bank on those being resolved soon, too.
I thank everyone for their patience and understanding... and for not blaming me, of course. And not least of all, I thank the Nexus staff for being so quick to respond to the issue.
You can try downloading the file on one of the available servers, though your preferred server might not be fixed yet, so in extreme cases, you could end up downloading from another country. Or, you can simply wait.
You can obtain the floppy cowl as soon as you can get the normal set; with the relevant USKP-compatibility file, the floppy hood is identical to the normal hood and can even be upgraded by Tonilia.
The Unofficial Patches exist to fix problems, not create them; there were some issues with Dawnguard, but those have since been corrected by the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.
Beta 1.2.4 has a medium-level issue that results in Delphine being permanently renamed as "Farengar's Associate" on new games, but it's been brought to Arthmoor's attention and will be removed for the final release.
If you group fixes you don't like into "issues", you can take those up with Arthmoor.
It should be noted that the patch file for this mod only works with USKP version 1.2.4, which is presently in beta. When 1.2.4 is out of beta, it will be necessary to use it for all installations that use this mod and the USKP.
(The main file version and change log weren't changed; usually I include compatibility patches with updates, but there was nothing to update here -- a new file is present but the main file remains the same.)
If you want to fix the 1st person arm bug just use this: "Linwe Armor First Person Fix" http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1956 It's what I use and you wont have to deal with the other problems that the Unofficial Patch creates.
nice mod, i didnt like the vanilla hood maybe you can suggest this mod, it fixes linwe's armor and these armors you add in this mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1956
Unfortunately, that's a vanilla bug that is, shall I say, half-fixed by the unofficial patch (I believe that the next release will squash it for good).
You'll encounter the same problem in vanilla by wearing Linwe's armor.
I'm certainly no fan of this bug, but I do recommend installing the Unofficial Patch.
I'd offer to fix it myself, but for the fact that it's a vanilla bug, which makes it something of disputed territory: it relates to my mod, yes, but you would encounter the same bug without it.
But, yes -- shame on me for not pointing that out in the description; I'll correct that now.
Maybe I spoke to soon... In 1st person view, my arms don't show when I use this armor? Didn't notice at first because the bracers cover them up a bit, but if you wear nothing but the armor its quite obvious.

Does the Unofficial patch address this or?
