Watching this mod carefully, but there was no progress since one week now. That is quie remarkbale looking on the fast progress before. I don't want to push (hell, its done if your free time), just want to know if it will be continued?
Yeah I don't know whats up with the mannequin lighting. It happens to me too. The location of the torches is independent from the location of the actual light sources they control. Most of the torches control a light source that's about 1 to 1.5 squares away from the torch itself.
The location of the light source in relation to the mannequins definitely controls the lighting of the mannequins, but it just doesn't seem to wash over them correctly sometimes. I'll play around with it and see if I can get it to look better.
Ah I didn't even test the braziers. I think I'll probably leave that kind of stuff out. There's just not a lot of places to put them that doesn't detract from otherwise usable display space, and the majority of the statics you mentioned just stick out too much. But like I said, using Decorator Assistant to place the various bowls and kettles in havoc-frozen mode works pretty well for most things.
I'll poke at the weapon racks when I get the chance. I've noticed that some mannequins are really dark, even though they're standing directly under a torch. Might be a lighting problem on my end, but they turn the correct color when I'm standing so close I can touch them.
BTW, that lag I used to have when entering for the first time in a play session is WAY better! :3
EDIT: So those braziers aren't actually capable of being open containers, like I assumed. :< Things sit on top of them as though they are a table, my bad. Also, what's the deal with those golden plates? Also also, I think the mannequins are a problem on my end. It's only the 4 around the center of the left middle room, but they work fine other than just being really dark.
Looks like I may need to do some cleanup on some of the weapon racks. I know they tend to be buggy regardless, and I haven't tested much yet, but there seem to be some that just don't work, and some that place weapons oddly. I'm pretty sure that the off weapon placement is usually due to bugs in the weapons themselves though, for the most part. For example, the Orcish Battleaxe is notorious for not working properly on any weapon rack. I was just testing with some Ancient Nord stuff and those are all over the place. I'll have to do some more testing with other equipment.
If anyone comes across one that's broken or you think may be off, please let me know.
And yes, several of the common non-static objects have static equivalents, and those that don't I can't simply export the mesh for and create a new static object from that. That's what I did with the ebony ingot for the single bookshelf bookends. It kind of breaks my vanilla-only policy, but it's a very benign change and I don't mind doing it.
Edit: BTW, SovBowlXX(XXXX) are simply golden equivalents of the silver bowls. They are only found in Sovengaard, AFAIK. When I saw them and the other golden dishware I looted as much as I could ;]
If this is the kind of thing you like putting stuff in, I recommend simply placing them all over the house using Decorator Assistant and filling them up as you please. That's exactly why I put in so much open table space.
Also if you don't need a bowl to be too deep you might try the silver/golden platters. I can't remember offhand but I think Decorator Assistant might allow for scaling as well.
Okay, so. I went looking through the Creation Kit and found the pool I was thinking of. It's name is ever so descriptive: Dwecluttertrough01 (found in Aftland02, for example, used as a fire pit but it's actually an empty trough. In BlackreachZcell04 it's full of water.)
If there is a way to make a regularly movable object static and unable to be picked up, like a kettle or basket or something, that might be an option too. I'll try and think of others.
EDIT: hagravenbloodbowl01 (Bloody bowl on a root-stand thing.) skyhavenbloodbowl01 (Bloody stone bowl) sovbowl01 and sovbowl020000 (I'm not super sure what kind of objects these are, but they appears in the CK as golden, shiny bowls.) riftentempleofmarabowl01 wrbraizerbowl01 vampirecoffin01 (Nordic-looking vampire coffin that I haven't actually noticed in-game, but it's vanilla Skyrim, I promise)
hhfirepit01 is a big square empty pit, made of stone. Might match HUBB's interior better than the other things, but I can't tell because I have to turn the lighting off when I'm in the CK.

The plates were a failed experiment.
