i didnt added spell cost cuz i will maybe create pack of spells which will cost health and this will be healing spell dat is dealing dmg at the same time
ThePaladinOF is right : draining 25 health per second without ANY cost is unbalanced. The stage 4 vampire drain is "Drains 5 health per second. Costs 17 magicka per second". To be balanced, I recommand a cost of at least between 70 and 85 magicka per second (17x5=85)
Note that these are the base costs : getting some perks can reduce them a lot
