I eventually got it. All I had to do was to start the game without Dawguard/Dragonborn/Hearthfire and Buy the Alchemy Lab. Save and Restart. Worked for Me.
Apparently, this was fixed in the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.
It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be interesting for those who do not want the whole UDGP or those who are having issues with it.
Mine's doing this in breezehome and honeyside. The big problem is, I don't HAVE dawnguard. I never bought it and I'm still getting the bug. Trying to use the dawnguard patch causes my game to crash before it even gets to the main menu. I don't use breezehome much, but I'm constantly in Honeyside. Do you know of a fix for both?
Having (almost the same Problem) but with all Houses. Seems to be an Error with the Dialogue option for the Lab or Enchantingtable or whatsoever. Im searching for a console command to manually activate furnishing and if you still have this problem, i tell you the solution as soon as i have found one.

Could it be that your load order isnt correct? what im trying to say is that if you got any unofficial patches you want to have them on the top of the load order under the skyrim master esp. If you don't have the dawnguard dlc for example, you should not use any dawnguard mod/unofficial patch content.
it could also be so that its another mod which causes you to crash or you can try verify your game cache to see if that's the problem (if you got any corrupted files). If you're using mods for your breezehome (like the "extra basement" expansion for example) then I would recommend to remove it since it causes crashes if you got dlcs and sometimes causes crashes because its outdated. Also if you have any outdated mods that also could be the problem for the crashes.
I finally fixed that glitch for my playthrough after days of searching for fixes, tips, and other helpfull things. I verified the integrity of my files. clean update, dawnguard, hearthfires, and dragonborn exactly as the guide said to.. Previously i had been cleaning them out of order and all at once. I also updated to a different mod that put map markers for houses.. the one i previously had had not been updated since april 2012 the newer one was last updated in october of the same year. The child's bedroom still marks with a {...} but buying the alchemy table in breezehome actually worked..as well as the enchanting table in honeyside. Hope this helps.
This looks very similar to the child's bedroom bug with HF. Any chance you could work on a fix for that too? Pretty please? Basically I get the option to buy it but it says, "Children's bedroom [...]" And that line won't go away no matter how much I pay. I tried using all of the unofficial patches but no luck.
Have you verified your game cache? or do you have any outdated mods?
I don't know so much about the hearthfire ones since I don't have hearthfire. But I will look more into it and see what I can find. Sorry for the late answer, I been a lot busy with other things lately. Perhaps this might already been fixed through the latest bug fixes, i don't know.
That worked. You have to buy the table once and when it is greyed out then you go to breezehome and do the cc. It still has the straw pile and spider webs but the table is there. Is there a cc for all the houses? edit: 'e4ef9.disable' took out the straw and webs.
There's probably a cc for all houses, maybe theres more fixes on the actuall wiki. I suggest you check http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_Wiki and see if you can find something about it there. Otherwise there's maybe mods for it tho, but not sure.
I just looked up a bit further into that and there seems to be cc's for all houses.
