Hello!, smithing means that when smithing is 47 on enemies (that is the value that i assigned to already 'buffed' enemies) the mod will not touch that enemy again.This is because i don't want to apply the buffs more than once for obvious reasons.
I say yes, this mod grabs the current attack multiplier and modifies it, so if another mod already modified attack multiplier then this it will add to it. This mod does not change enemy level, it changes their attack multiplier (how much damage they do) health etc. without leveling them, the code calculates the increased health etc. and then applies it to enemies 'on the fly' lower by some percentage than your level. So this mod does not change enemies at the same level than you or above, meaning lower level gameplay when you are weak is almost the same as without the mod.
It should be highly compatible with difficulty mods, mods that changes enemy levels. The only problem i see if a mod changes the smithing value of creatures, but i don't see why a mod would do that.
IDK why, but this is the second time the mod stopped working. I have uninstalled, saved, reinstalled, saved and it still wont load up or work... I have loaded it as the ONLY mod and still no avail. why does it break?

I like the concept of this mod, Thought i can't play around with it right now with mod compatibility issues. You wouldn't happen to have a short list of things it WILL NOT work with Eh?
Then I think that's it. I have put off going to 1.8 because Im worried I wont be able to use my 150+ mods I have running. Could I update to 1.8 and still use my old mods?
I uninstalled the old mod and installed the new version several times. I need to know if someone got the mod working. If not i need to try re building it, something different with my install maybe. :/
. You can try to do the same but with a savegame with the new mod installed instead.

I recompiled this mod to work with 1.9 patch as i started a new game, had no problems.
I put here the mods i use. I added one script to the player actor that can be the cause of conflict.
