I loved the idea but I do not recommend to install this mod. I get many issues, it mainly broke all the lightning system at whiterun at the night. I spent 2 hours to find where it came from. To be sure, I ran this mod on a -fresh vanilla game, got the same.
Good find! I confirm that lights around Breezehome get messed up a bit and start flickering (or the shadows rather). I was wondering for some time why they were flickering, never thought of the porch mod causing it. I am not having any other issues though, only the lights. Depending on a player's tolerance, it is still quite playable.
In any case I do recommend cleaning the mod with TES5Edit before installing it.
All I can say is, what an amazing job... A great mod to go with the Terrace Porch for Breezehome is "Breezehome Front Porch - A Simple Little Add-On" by typhloman. It adds a front porch to the Breezehome!!!

Is this mod compatible with Whiterun Repaired Plus by MightyMalts? That mod pretty much returns Whiterun into the condition it was before the civil war, which is why I'm asking if that will conflict with your mod of Breezehome. Thanks in advance.

this mod looks nice but the big tree loads in with pink/purple texture. don't know enough to fix that minor issue. any help is welcomed
