   You realize Dwemer weren't small right? Or perhaps he alone is a "Dwarf" under our worlds meaning?

   Actually this is just a midget nord by the looks of it. There are however mods out there that create actual dwarf followers.

   Skyrim already has dwarves though, they are called dwemer and they are only dwarflike to the giants that gave them that name.
   
   A more accurate name for the mod would be midget follower.
