    Thanks for your feedback guys, I really appreciate it.

    I addressed the immediate issues you brought to my attention and have plans for the larger issues:

    -Firstly there are always doors back to The Gate Room, though they are (intentionally) hidden somewhat. I however failed to communicate this so I have added a section to the description to let people know to look for trap-doors, false cabinets and the like. Also, the Dawnstar sanctuary exit is deliberate. I thought it would be cool to emerge from the water when you travel to the sanctuary and to 'disappear' into the water when you leave, sort of a role playing thing, but cool nonetheless. Let me know if you think this is a bad idea.

    -"The Red Flaggon" has been corrected the "The Ragged Flaggon."

    -I'm looking in to adding some NPC's to the island to liven it up, I was thinking multiple spriggan guardians that roam the island and perhaps an alchemist/cook of some sort, possibly a "librarian" of sorts for the study. though I was considering making slots available for people the player can recruit from the follower faction...

    -I think I'll also be adding a workshop behind the house where the chopping block area is (from a request via Steam.)

    -The clipping is a mystery, I haven't seen anything like that, but I'll keep an eye out for other complaints

    Seems to show great potential. I have just tried it out for a few minutes, so far.
    Allow me to describe what might still need some touching up.
    On entering the Gate Room I first used the wooden door to the right which transported my player to what you dubbed the Study Room. Unfortunately you did not add a door back to the Gate Room so that my player stood on top of a pretty high tower with no option left but to jump down, once again injuring the very knee that had been hit by an arrow only lately

    When I went into the central hall and turned around I could not see the iron gate anymore because it was shrouded by the animated blue texture you used for the ceiling of the Gate Room.

    On entering the gate to the hideout of the Dark Brotherhood I found myself completely under water with a trap door below my feet. Allow me to call that a somewhat unusual location. I'd suggest placing the exit marker of that door as well as the trap door on dry ground, maybe a bit closer to the door of the Brotherhood hideaway, so that one knows to which place he's been transported (since the door in the Gate Room just says "Skyrim").

    Then I went to the island in the sky (very nice place!). However it lacks those amenities like forge, smelter, tanning rack, chopping block that even an Archmage might use from time to time.

    Then it occured to me to dive into the pool. Your pool might need a floor since currently it seems to be a bottomless abyss. When I wanted to leave the pond I wanted to use the landing stage but there was no ladder with which to climb out of the water.

    Finally I learned the teleportation spell "The Gate" which was supposed to carry me back to said location. Unfortunately, it did not work: I got the spell animation and everything, mana was subtracted from the mana bar but nothing ever happened. I simply stood in the place where I had cast the spell. I suspect that the mod "Teleportation Spell with menu_Mark and Recall with menu by Griptzion" which I have installed might conflict with your teleportation spell!!

    Hoping not to bother or offend you and looking forward to seeing a mod that will get my endorsement if some of the issues mentioned before will be amended.

    Looks good from the screens, very handy for anyone by the looks of the locations, I can't use it though since it would conflict with a home I have on the waterfalls and probably with my personal mod where I mad many changes around the skyforge.

    Oh and
    "- The Ratway, just outside The Red Flagon"
    should be
    "- The Ratway, just outside The Ragged Flagon"

    Great, though the placement/type of the wall/door causes some clipping/lighting issues...

    er... now that I'm seeing more of it these issues are everywhere, I really like your work and recommend finding another mod maker to help with fixing up those types of things and maybe making the island a bit more... alive...
