I just uploaded a different version of this mod where the effect is no longer an enchant but now attached to the weapon itself so you can enchant them however you want (also added a Frost and Shock version of the effect):
Cool flame effect. Can you add versions for other swords? Perhaps a more generic version that's also longer so it can fit most swords? The absorb enchant is great, its what I usually use and its just like the vanilla version.
This may require Dawnguard to use since I had it set up that way while making the mod. If anyone has issues getting it running let me know and I'll see if I can fix anything.

Sounds are too loud. No need for a thundering sound either.
Enchantments are not effected by fortify destruction. Fortify destruction reduces the cost of chargers on weapons on vanilla enchantments.
Damage of enchant is too high. Should be around vanilla elemental enchant damage.
