   For Wndhelm it was bugged for me too, I got everything done that I could, using some console to get me past a couple spots, then had to use the console again to get to where I could buy the house (I followed UESPWIKI's advice which worked for me).

   I'd be curious to know how you even got the Windhelm house since that quest is bugged to all hell for me...
