hey guys, just thought i'd drop in and say anyone whos looking to play as a full on malukah, i'd suggest downloading this mod (ofcourse) with the files it needs, and then
for weapons - if you'd like to use the lute as a weapon (being a fully immersive malu =) ) then download the mod "Master of Weapons - All in One 1-20 by Daren" http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37623/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D37623&pUp=1
(PLEASE Note, this is not my mod, so i do not take credit for it, im not 100% sure if the lute is useable as a weapon YET, but i heard that it WILL be sooner or later) Give Cred's to Daren
hey deadstat, just want to say AWESOME mod, looks kick ass, is there any chance that you can make Malu a fol.......scratch that any chance of making her a companion in arms ^.^ (and if possible a stand-alone pack) seeing as my CAC (if i use a female) is using the CBBE body, neutral eyes...and ...forgot what else
i'd totally love to see her immortalized into being a stand-alone companion (that way no other mods effect how she looks) also ill try get intouch with an old friend whos pretty good at skyrim mod creations (good at making armors and weapons, just not followers or reskins) ill try convince him into building from scratch a new lute weapon which doubles as a playable lute...actually ill see if he'll just do a weapon version seeing as there is a prefectly working musical lute in the game, we'll also work on which would be the best weapon type to put it as... seeing to it as sword :- hang from the left side of the hip on an angle, maces hang straight down from the hip, axe same way just a little higher 2 handed sword - hangs cross that back (which looks the best type to put it as...but........the weapon swing animations going to be a problem..... ....looks like we'll have to stick with a mace classed lute =/
Wonder if you could have a bard follower or someone that stays at your home that will sing when you trigger them? Someone already made a playable character that looks like her. Is this possible?
You should make this person be an NPC that either replaces one of the bards in a tavern or roams the land of Skyrim - that way we can have both the origonal music and Malukah's.
or she could shout Dovahkiin!Dovahkiin! at you once a day, reloading your shouts!. ex. i shout lightning call and the reload is biiiiiig. then she shouts at me and i can shout again! if someone made this it would be awesome
