I'm guessing this has been pretty much abandoned seeing as the author hasn't been seen for over a year now! I've been looking for a "glowing arrow" mod (that only adds an aura) for Dragonborn's Nordic and Stalhrim arrows without any success so far.
Support for the lustmord bolts? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25852/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D25852 Red would look really nice with this, and as you said before, as it has its own animations, do you think it would be possible to make it so if you download the mod for the orange bolt glow, and mabye the optional support file for the lustmord bolts which would be red, you could in effect have two diffrent glows to identify the two diffrent types of bolts active at the same time? (I know next to nothing about modding, this is just an idle thought).
Mabye you could work out somthing with the lustmord creator, such as asking him/her to put you on recommended mods list in exchange for making your mod compatible with theirs? Lustmord a really popular armour design and could get you more DL'ers and endorsements.
To be very honest, I think the glow on these bolts looks way better than the glow on the glowing arrow mod... Much better visible and not some stupid rings on both sides of the bolt.
Could you make a glowing arrow mod the same way you did with the bolts, but for all arrows the same color? Just like the two versions you did for the crossbow bolts, orange and blue
Really, what would make this a perfect mod, would be if both mods (if you would do the arrows) could be combined and then transformed into a skill, or a spell (glowing projectiles for 2 minutes or something), that would be amazingly cool!
Another thing you could do, is perhaps make them only glow in flight, because it looks weird to have glowing bolts stuck into a surface, though it makes them easier to pick up again at the other hand.. Perhaps an optional feature?

The files for the bolts only include 2 animation files (which are what I edit for the glow). One is for dwarven bolts, and one is for steel bolts. I cannot customize the glow for enchanted bolts, as they have the same flight animation.
What you're asking is not too much -- it's impossible for me to do within the constraints in the game.
