I do like the suggestion of buying the place, however I haven't seen any repercussions of not owning it. A few suggestions I have would be a cooking pot insid, a small plot to grow vegetables and maybe some respawning rabbits and chickens. Could be a self-sufficient safehouse. I like it.
@ Bloodangle09 Eh....how can your mod be a Dawnguard mod without using Dawnguard assets would be the question I would pose in reply. There's certainly nothing stopping you from say, making a castle out of Solitude statics and calling it Fort Dawnguard Summer Retreat. If you have any more questions, please feel free to PM me.
@ iAmNicklezz Spouse support is a topic I have literally no knowledge of. If I can find a tutorial explaining how it is done, I'll try to add it in the future. As for establishing the home as your own, I could have Dorin or one of the other NPC'S instead have the key for sale.
Nice Town/City/Estate bruH! Lol, one thing I do want to add though, is, if possible, have the ability of your wife to live there with you, and also to have the ability to actually establish it as a home for you, not just a loose house. Lol, once again, Awesome House! Kudos +10000000
@WildWitch Thank you for taking the time to provide more substantial criticism. While I certainly disagree with it in some respects, it did goad me into cluttering up the immediate market area which as you pointed out was sorely in need of additional work. I would suggest you choose your words more carefully the next time you critique a mod though. I now understand there was no disparaging intent behind your first comment, but that was hardly clear to myself or anyone else who may have read it.
1 there is almost no furniture or items on shelves in the market, this makes the market feel empty and like the merchants had nothing to sell
2 the other interiors seemed to have the bare basics in furniture and very little decoration otherwise
3 The cave had no atmosphere it was very empty and felt more like the godawful caves from oblivion.
Basically there are 3 stages for building a good design in tes
1 actual room itself 2 Furniture and other statics 3 clutter
Now the clutter stage is things like pots and silverware ect, they are not necessarily daedric arms and armor
In stage 2 its important to remember its not just about furniture there's also banners rugs, candles, braziers, plants, statues, shelving, chairs, chests, jewelry cases, and lighting ect ect.
these all will lead to a more atmospheric and well developed room
There are other house mod's with excellent showcase of this try looking at Nchuzzrezar - a dwemer mansion or Rayeks End - Mini Hideout.
Im not trying to be mean or anything but I believe this project could be drastically improved in terms of design, otherwise I wouldn't have posted in the first place.
@ skoog54 I'm glad you like the place. I'll try to fix up Dorin soon. His schedule might start later in the day currently, which is likely why you believe he won't sell anything.
@WildWitch You have some work to do where constructive criticism is concerned. In the future, you might find it beneficial to be more specific. Maybe provide a few suggestions or ideas along with your explanation of where a mod is lacking.

This is a nice property you have made! I like it alot!
But i am sort of a follower hoarder... Is there any chance that you can make one with a follower barracks? Hope it is not too much to ask...
