This mod works great with multiple companions. I park a number of them here and the navmesh works by well. When I come back they are living quite happily. It's in a great location and has a by nice story. I'm surprised it has gotten so little attention. Great work.
I agree, more eyes should be on this mod. What a great place with a great backstory. Love the location and the layout. Seriously, this is what a home in the tundra should be like.
I have visited it meanwhile (like many many other house mods) and this is one of the best! It is elaborate, detailed, navmeshed with rooms for followers, beautiful, relatively close to a city (Winterhold) but located in the scenic icy wilderness. I only miss stables, but the place wouldn't be safe anyway, there are monster spawns close (maybe from SkyMoMod). Apart from that it is a wonderful, almost perfect housemod!
