Gave her an amulet and it autoequiped a bow and arrows on her, now she only uses the bow in combat... any ideas? She has none of these items in her inventory yet still will not give up her bow.
That's a Bethesda bug, no one is sure how to get rid of it. If you have a follower overhaul just go into her equipment inventory and pull it out. If I remember the bug exactly it will be a Hunting bow and Iron arrows.
after a few months of trying ( i really wanted this), i got it working. For some reason, she started with 500 mana (yay) but wouldn't engage in combat until i set her combat style using AFT, upon which she would engage in combat but her mana dropped to 170 (boo). Still, awesome mod. I love her.
you don't have the 1.4 version? Could that be the problem? It would seem you would need the most current version of the game to build the mod. Are we not in 1.7 now? I'm no modder, but it would seem to make sense.

No quests, and the ApachiiSkyHair I used was ApachiiSkyHairFemale_v_1_0 under "Optional" files. As far as I know (I don't have the full 1.4 version) it's a standalone version that adds more hairstyles, so I imagine you would need it even if you have the main 1.4 version. That could very well be the source of the problem.
