Late reply but just for clarity's sake, yes, version C includes the changes from both versions A & B. Each successive version includes all the changes of the preceding versions.

I'm currently trying to take over the empty castle with my Dawnguard Character and I try to change the castle into something more convenient for a non-vampiric Hero. Is there any chance you could make a version for a non-vampire? For example remove the blood in Harkons Room and in the Kitchen? Or add some normal food and wine?
Bethesda needs to learn when to use a fine paintbrush versus just throwing a can of paint at a wall...I facepalmed when I walked into Volkihar. You'd think Harkon and his "court" were a collegiate frat house.
Thank you for this it was sorely needed, I mean its like were powerful vampire lords living in a run down squaller filled with rotting corpses, wheres the class wheres the vampire prestige wheres the damned arrogant pride.
I've uploaded a third version that replaces the bloody mead casks with non bloody ones.

That's all beyond the scope of this mod. I only wanted to clean up the dining hall because dirty eating environments bother me. That said, there's nothing stopping you from making your own mod that does what you want. If you haven't modded Skyrim before what you're seeking is actually really easy to accomplish and would make for a great beginner mod!
