Yes, It does allow creation of Daedric Arrows to Daedric Bolts... Same with Drauger, Glass, Elvish, Forsworn, and all the other basic ones. The only things it doesn't allow converstion of is the Bloodcursed arrows, and the Sun arrows that Dawnguard brings in. Reason for that is because they are scripted for a non-crossbow, so I figured to leave them alone.
