Just another suggestion for a similar mod for those that don't want to brew, maybe just add a death item "blood potion" to any non vampire that dies in the game.
Aqua vitae cannot be purchased, but it drops off most draugr, bonemen and mistmen and can be found in chests in the soul cairn, as well as some random chests in various dungeons.

Just writing to let you all know, I realize you cannot really engage in conversation with dawnguard companions as a vampire. But the option of obtaining materials from them is included, just in case you decide to brew some potions in anticipation of becoming a vampire later. Also, the Soul Cairn chests and monsters will provide the necessary ingredients, along with iron ingots, and your occassional run of the mill lesser vampire types
