I'm having issue with this mod. I was using it, but disliked when I killed off some female antagonists or certain female characters doing certain actions like sitting became warped in the ass and breast region, so I uninstalled it...now I can't play my saved game OR start a new one without my game freezing and I'm back in the XB1 main screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but no luck. Need help from either the creater OR expert in this area. Much appreciated!
Guys who are crying for less skimpy have about a bazillion women in their game shivering in the snow in postage stamp armor. Girl gamers want skimpy too so back off or come home on your shield!
How about no skimpy in general? That's what stripping your character down is for. Armor is supposed to PROTECT you from being disemboweled, not single you out to succumb to the cold, disease, or just plain death. And being myself, I would prefer someone at least try to make historically accurate Greek hoplite armor. No offense to the creator of this mod however, who has done more than I know how to. Oh, and I'm a guy by the way, so that should really say something, (I don't mean to come off as hostile, If I do, I apologize, I'm just stuck in a rant.)
Actually, the "armor", or rather, lack thereof worn by the Spartans in the movie 300 is historically inaccurate. Historically, they would have worn a bronze cuirass, greaves, guantlets and helmet, along with the trademark spear and hoplon shield. The Spartans did have swords, but they didn't look anything like the ones in 300; in fact they were more like daggers than short swords. The swords were used only as a last resort (for example, if the hoplite had broken his spear and lost his shield) because the Spartans fought almost exclusively in phalanx formation (the one thing the movie got right, when it showed the Spartans actually using their spears). Additionally, the Spartans' spears were not aerodynamic and not meant to be thrown, as shown in the movie.
I'm sorry if I come across as a snobby know-it-all, but I just want to let everyone know that the movie isn't very historically accurate, and not to be relied upon as a source of information (except for the most basic facts, like Thermopylae took place in August of 480BC). For that, go find a good book. I also want to get out there that I am not bashing the creator of this mod, and I apologize if it seems like I am. He modeled the textures after the movie, and he has done a good job with that. As RadacTheDwemer said, I would prefer someone make a historically accurate Greek hoplite armor, and no offense to the creator of the mod, who has done more than I know how to. I think I'll stop talking and go download this mod now.
wow 4 years almost 5 late but Uhh This armor is inspired by 300 the movie Don't criticize the mod creator criticize the movie and art director. also its their game not yours if you Don't want to see a stripper running through white run with a crossbow then Don't download the mods.
(1): Download the mod (A tip: download 7Zip or WinRAR, both are programs made to transfer downloaded files and such) (2) Open the mod folder (3) enter the "Data" folder inside, or if there's alot of files loose like a ".esp" file and a "Meshes" and "Textures" folder just search up "SteamApps" in your dictionary, enter the folder "Common" then "Skyrim" and drop the "Meshes" and "Textures folders on the "Data" folder inside the "Skyrim" folder (4) find the ".esp" and ".bsa" if they are there and go inside the "Data" folder in the "Skyrim" folder and drop them there too, start up Skyrim through Steam and let it load, then either press start or if you're using SKSE exit the Steam Launcher and start SKSE..

This is SPARTAN armor. True, it's a bit skimpy, but it's modeled after a real world item.

This is Spartan Armor, the Spartans weren't Vikings, the closest place in Tamriel this armor would state from is Cyrodiil..
