Could you please make a 3000 damage version? And could you place it at some hard to reach spot, or somewhere hidden? Like somewhere in the game, where there should be something more rewarding... after a hard fight or something like that... Thx! Endorsing!
No, it's not disenchantable. The reason for this is that the weapon is very specific in that it has a max charge level of something like 5000 while the enchantment requires the full charge of 5000 to work. If the weapon were disenchanted, I don't think that a legitimate in-game enchantment would be able to replicate the requirement to fully charge the weapon before use (if work at all). As far as the actually enchantment goes, it's just a normal damage enchantment (absorb health) with very high damage and a very high charge requirement.
I was originally going to make this so that is would do 3000 points of damage so that it would insta-kill everything except the highest level dragons, however, given the complexity of armor ratings, defensive spells and resistances, I decided to just make it an all out 10000 damage STICK OF DEATH! the difference between this and the razor is that once acquired, the razor has something like a 5% chance on instantly killing the enemy. It never needs charging so is always able to insta-kill but the effect is by no means reliable in a fight. The arcane blade is much more reliable in the sense that once it has been fully charged, it guarantees the kill (unless the enemy is somehow able to survive 10000 points of damage) but cannot really be used for anything else because of it's low damage output.

You (or anyone else) could make a custom model to match the name, rather than an elven dagger with a bland vanilla glow.
Make a miscellaneous quest, through one of skyrims bartenders, and put a boss in front of the item, so its more of a challenge to get.
I would LOVE to see one or even both of these to be added, I really like this idea!

Or maybe a bit weaker enchantment? So it's POSSIBLE to survive the hit, but enemy would still be on low HP.
Also, reminds me of "Stendarr's hammer"
thank you
