   This is fixed in the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch

   "Quest Fixes
   
   Dawnguard caused the marker properties that act as the parent for the alchemy addition to Breezehome to become unset. This makes it impossible to buy this addition, even though the gold will be taken and the dialogue option will vanish."

      I have the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch , and it doesn't fix it either...

      If this really was fixed in the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete, it would be nice for Tsar Mikey to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be interesting for those who do not want the whole UDGP or those who are having issues with it.

   Doss Work! "Just wanted to report that this fix will NOT work with the unofficial Skyrim Patch. I just had to deactivate USP, buy the alchemy lab, and reactivate USP for this to work." BUT at a price...Lydia disappears...Forever.

   after hearthfire, proudspire is not able to get living room furnishings bought from falk firebeard. I am only one with this glitch?
