Lol, you need to make a Tron cycle. some tricked out neon lights, bumping bass and a seat for your bad ass hot biker babe or your gaily dressed biker boy, if that's the way you roll.
Low polution transport, Hmm, I actually like it the colours need toning down a bit though, you could set this as a seperate creature and make it a unique mount - place one in a dwemer ruin somewere, now ?hmm, change the mounted combat for this so that a pair of wheel blades pop out of the axils and wallah Beh Hur (Or is that been there), Actually seriousely bearing that in mind if you replace the front wheel with a horse, wolf or sabercat this would actually be a great mod. Good look with it.
