Sorry for the late response! Since i did fix the problems like one hour after asking here ( find a video for that here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOXF89QtgYM ), i completely forgot to check for your answer. I know now that it is a quite common issue, but i got a little chilly when i had to put my hand in the CK! I'm no modder. I know now that it's easy to fix. Anyway thank you for answering me! Kudos!
Install (or re-install) my mod Open it with the CK On the Actors list, select Mjoll and then press Ctrl and F4 - It should fix the issue by re-doing the custom texture w/ a new file number.
Neck seam = just change Mjoll's weight with the command to 80 for example (setnpcweight 80) it should adapt automatically. Click on Mjoll first
BTW those are common issues w/ any follower mod + It multiplies if you have a lot of custom / modded followers.
EDIT I saw your pic = yep i get it. The classic well known "grey face bug & neck seam". Common issue as I said. Ctrl+F4 and setnpcweight fixes that It's also due to other mods.
Finally a mod making mjoll pretty AND battle ready. Thanks for that ! She's the only follower that actually have some background and comments over the game. but i have an issue with it, not directly linked to your mod i think. I'll upload a screenshot for you to see the weird color and neck seem. The problem is that some data from a previous and uninstall mod for mjoll seems to stuck and mess with your's. Something similar happened to me a while ago with alea the huntress, and the only solution i'd found at the time was to completly uninstalling skyrim and mod, which is not really a solution. i think i am suppose to manualy delete some file in a skyrim.esm folder in Data, read that somewhere... i've tried install better female and envision face, but that did'nt do the trick. Can you think of a solution ? I'm gone try and delete your texture file to see if it at least give back the old look, even if that would make me sad. Endorsed it.
Edit: OK, i've found two 0001336b.dds file in slitely different folder, the first is yours :
But that said, deleting any or both off those files, your's or the other one, does'nt change a thing. damned it.
Edit 2: Weirder, just unchecked the mjollnew.esp and launch the game and mjoll have now your warpaint with vanilla head "structure" and bella's texture...kinda confused now

I have tried everything, and she will not give me the quest, even though I meet all the requirements for level, friendship, etc.
anyone else have this issue?

confirmed. if I remove this mod, her conversation proceeds normally, and I get the quest offered.
PS I know that movie. Nobody bugs me about it so no, I didn't hear that a hundred times.
