Can't help you on the mask but the description says you can change the scarf color after picking a side in the war, so you may have to join the Legion if you want a red scarf or join the Stormcloaks if you want a blue scarf. I haven't gotten that far in my current playthrough so I can't say for sure; If you've already picked a side I would go to a tanning rack or forge and see what comes up for the Apotheus armor (although, I don't know what armor set the Apotheus falls under or what perks you use to improve/forge it, and I really want to know what it is so I can improve the armor after getting it.)

Okay, I give: Can anyone please give me a clue as to where Ulag's note is in Whiterun? I've just spent 3 hours looking for it (real hours, not game hours). I can't find it. I've broken into every single house....went to the jail, looked everywhere in Dragonsreach palace, the Bannered Mare...every shop. Nothing.
I figure I'm overlooking something incredibly obvious, or that it doesn't come with the "Immsersive Armors" mod? Is it only with this mod?
All hail the Imperials, the only ones keeping the Thalmar at bay, heck if Ulfric stormcloak has his way with his dream position as high king wouldn't matter much, because the Thalmar would be taking over anyways. Would the Stormcloaks or imperials do anything to stop them from invading Skyrim, not likely.

Another thing is that they can't really fight the Aldmeri Dominion because the Empire is crippled and skyrim is in the middle of a civil war that's going to end up leaving them crippled. Also, the blades are pretty badass so if the Thalmor were able to systematically wipe them out it would mean that the Thalmor are really good at their job. Elves are dangerous. Especially thousands of them.
Nice! But I always thought the imperials and stormcloaks are idiots. Imperials made a truce with the high elves which are causing the problem, and the stormcloaks blame the imperials instead of the high elves. If they would just team up and kill them off then everyone would be happy, no?
Oh, I agree 100%. However you have to remember that we are trying to apply 21st Century reasoning to a society whose intellect is roughly the equivalant of somewhere between the 8th and 11th Centuries. So... you're absolutely right.They're idiots.
