Found another small, easily fixed bug. In the room in the back left-hand side of the ground floor, there is a piece of wall from your added room, clipping into the room where the table is. Uploaded a screenshot.
Oh, and your spell doesn't seem to work, either. :p
Just finished. Seems like a decent idea and the rooms in the house look pretty good.
Just a few things I noticed... -The notes/journal could use a bit of spelling/grammar work. -In the cells, you can reach the levers of adjacent cells through the bars (maybe make them slightly larger to put the others out of reach?)
Other than those things (which aren't really hurting anything), it seems pretty good and overall has potential. Good job. Keep at it and don't quit 'til it's 100% done (Preferably don't quit even after that) ________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: Opened up your mod in the Creation Kit and noticed one more thing; the monsters weren't locked up in-game, they were outside fighting each other when the room loaded. (of course they were probably fighting each other because of one of my many mods I have enabled, but they probably shouldn't have been outside the cells.)
First thought: "Yes, we have a house available. It cost 5,000 gold. Thank you. Oh, by the way, there's a huge elaborate dungeon underneath infested with monsters and also some random people who somehow got in there too. Enjoy your new home!"
