It looks good, Its tall but its really small and you can fall off it easily if your not careful but anyways its cool enough even though i wont use it that much its worth a download though :3
I like the idea- I think it's a cool concept to be able to live high atop a tall structure, looking down at the world around you (Oblivion's "Top of the World" house mod was a fine example of this concept). I won't dock it any points for apparently not having a liveable interior, though it's understandable that most people would probably consider it more "complete" if it did.
I'm thinking there is no inside to the tower. Going by what he is saying it's just a stairs inside the tower leading to the top. So the screenshots are basically where you would "live"
Should try to be a bit more creative with the name. I'm sure more people would find it interesting if it had lore. Not just a tower called giant tower. Just my opinion though.

it should have an interior like alot of rooms inside. and the ability to fast travel to the top. and you should make it taller then high hrothgar. But really good idea.
