Not sure if there's any chance of this mod ever being updated again, but as I find it absolutely wonderful for balancing things out, I want to point out one thing: Smithing XP definitely needs decreased. It's far too easy to go from 0 to 100 just by crafting nails from Hearthfire, let alone if you use something like a Dwemer chestplate.
Does this Mod still work or safe to use, because im looking for an up to date Balance Level Up Skills Mod, since it takes ages to up my Destruction and Restoration, yet im already 100 with Alteration.
I must say, the problem I have with the skills comes from not being able to level up destruction or one hand (possibly two hand and archery as well but I never use those to be honest) fast enough compared to other non combat skills in the game. I try to stay low level in other area's so my damage competes. And if you increase the difficulty past adept you reduce the xp you gain for each. And yet these are precisely the skills being nerfed by this mod. If anything I'm looking for a way to slow down character progression while making my primary damage dealing skill get in line with other skill gains, especially for the higher difficulty levels where it's even more apparent.
Hey - this mod causes all perk trees that have been modified by mods like ACE to revert to their vanilla layout. A dirty edit, or something like that. Putting this mod in the load order above these perk tree changing mods would probably fix this problem, but still, this is something that shouldn't happen.

EDIT: With ArsMetallica mod (add skill gains while mining) it becomes a complete smith leveling fest. Just to let people know.
