1. INFORMATION ON THE MOD

This mod makes it so when you start a new character, you do not start with the
healing spell and the flames spell. Use this mod if you are role-playing as a thief or warrior.

If you like to roll dice to plan new characters, and then use the console code COC
to skip the opening sequence and teleport elsewhere, then this mod can be helpful to you if you
are playing a thief or warrior who would not be expected to know how to cast any spells at all.
(While you are playing as a mage character, you can deactivate this mod.)

If your character decides he or she wants to learn fire and healing spells, he or
she can still go find spell tomes and do this.

This plug-in will only work for new characters that you start, not for characters you
have already played.

Using this mod adds a bit more realism to the game, and provides more of a challenge
at the beginning.

2. Installation

Extract (decompress) the .esp to your Skyrim directory.
(It will be something like *Installation directory*\Skyrim\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data)
Mark the box next to "Merciless Beginning - No Handoutsd.esp" in your mod manager.

Alternately, extract files someplace else. Then move the .esp to Skyrim\Data.
Mark the box next to the plugin in your mod manager.

Place the mod in your load order after all mods that edit the player.

This mod will conflict with all mods that edit the player character.
