Changes colors of icons on the map and compass for easier identification.

Final version with minor fixes, different Solstheim town icons.
Added alternative version with non colored town halls/keeps meant for mods like Beyond Skyrim that might use those icons for different places.

What it does:
This is a simple recolor of location icons on the map and compass.
Towns and town halls have a unique 2 color icon based on their emblems.
Other locations use a variety of non flashy colors sorted by type.
Undiscovered location icons are unchanged.
Modifies/not compatible with mods modifying:
Interface\Exported\hudmenu.gfx (hud icons)
Interface\SkyUi\mapmarkerart.swf (map icons)
