It works for me just fine. Though, I already had the Guild Master's armour equipped (which was subsequently converted into Heavy Armor).
I like the mod, it's cool to be able to wear this when I get tired of my Daedric, but I would have preferred it to be unenchanted. I feel that would be better for warriors like myself (1-hand/shield etc.).
