Just wanted to say that I am still using this great player home, just got new hard drives after an HDD failure and am in the process of reinstalling my favourite mods. This one is definitely on my list. The minor issue I reported when Hearthfire was first released never happened again, once the follower home mod I was using was updated for Hearthfire, so your suggestion was spot on.
I tend to put my family in the Hearthfire home just up the road towards Dawnstar, but still use this as a home base for myself and my followers as it's very well laid out with plenty of room for the group of followers I have (thanks to UFO) to trail around behind me without messing the place up. I also leave any followers that I am not currently using here.
I do like player homes and will often download and try out different ones, but it's rare to find one that is perfect - this one I have had in my load list consistently since I found it. I can't recommend it highly enough, and just wanted to let you know of my continued appreciation for your work.
Nice location and great storage with awesome themes in the rooms to include the detail on paintings and such.
Only issues are display cases won't work as weapon racks so useless when you run to to the door to exit you can see thru the hole to a cave when it should be outside. nicer doors with no hole would fix that.
Overall nice but I wont be able to use with the display cases not working, great work though
Great house, spacious without being huge - and plenty of storage! I really love the layouts of the bedrooms and the alchemy room is fantastic! Great job!
Been using this mod for a while, and endorsed ages ago - love it!
I just installed Hearthfire, and the first thing that happened was that a courier handed me a letter called "Cerebral Den Decorating Options" or words to that effect, suggesting that I could add a childrens' bedroom to Cerebral Den. I haven't yet tried to see what happens if I attempt to buy this room!
I suspect that it is a conflict and I should have been given a letter about upgrading Breezehome instead, just thought I'd let you know.
Really nice house mod. Thank you for sharing. I have been using a different mod, but I think I will stick with this one for a while, definatly some time and effort put into this and I thank you.
I think if you were open to making any changes my thoughts are pretty much in line with the other comments in this thread. Some regular open book cases, and a couple weapon racks would be stellar. As for the companion issue, I just wound up parking them in one of the entrance ways to keep them out from underfoot while I organized my loot.
