   What ENB version was this made for? looks Nice but i couldn't find which ENB version i should use.

      Anyway this is an old ENB config. Boris removed the binaries from his site.
      
      Try the v0.113 binaries and the old Vivida ENB config for that version.

   Why do People use ENB and not Realistic Lighting Mods, the Night Eye work with those, since its a esp file.

    No, doesn't works. I got ugly contrasts and color by enabling the original color correction.
