It would be nice if like in the vampire overhauls, where ur lvl is based on necks bitten/etc..., u could like add a prerequisite of a certain amount of repeatable quests completed, so that u may only advance to the next rank of ur guild once that prerequisite is met. Like in morrowind where u could only advance to the next quest if u had the right rank and that rank requires skill level. Also certain vendors weren't available until u were the appropriate rank...
Just swinging some ideas, dunno if it is within ur modding capabilities...
This is the type of thing I'm thinking about making, like in Morrowind. Big job. Have to add proper ranks to all guilds/Faction, with reasonable requirements. Unlike this Lvl 30 - really? Each Guild/Faction should have Favored skills, per Morrowind. In Skyrim 15 should be min. Lvl of a Favored Skill - we need to get 2-3 Favored Skills up to XX Lvl. to be eligible to get advancement and open up new quests. As for Vendors - yes this is already present in Skyrim with certain merchants [see mage college]. But yes Guild/Faction vendors should only sell the high quality and rare items to proper ranked faction members. lol ... not sure if it is in my modding ability, admittedly it is weak. Unsure of what Cynster may have discovered when attempting things.
I think of it as basic requirements to at least know a little bit about everything the guild considers important - like general education requirements in school - they require you to be well rounded. Same sort of thing.
Sounds good, but will there be room for people who join guilds with no intention of ever completing the main quest line in that guild, or for that matter, are basically 1-trick ponies? Will they have to basically be Adepts or higher in skills they have no intention of ever using just to gain entry to these Guilds?

I hope somebody takes it up and crafts it into perfection.
