So i put in the details you said and I did indeed port to Adriana. Only she was stuck between two cliffs in the pool region near Riften (you know where i mean) so she wouldnt obey the follower command. So I tried the Placeatme console command only that didnt work so finally with my creative kudos at problem solving i went the long way arounf behind the cliffs worked out where she was and got above her and then with a painstaking careful effort and judicious use of Unreleting Force I finally after 20 shouts knocked her back onto the ground below and yay she is following again phew..
Remind me never to ride my horse up impassable cliffs when i have folowers in tow
Ive lost her for the first time since using her, even using a follower mod distance call command hasnt worked though she shows on the map as an arrow. As i was busy miles away in desperation i dismissed her from my service in the hopes she would return to Riften Temple but she hasnt gone there so obvioulsly now there is no way to track or find her
Whats the correct id in console to use so i can port to her?

Edit: I have changed her race to nord and the neck seam dissapeared but her face was changed :'(
I wish if you can give her unique voice or quest, it'll be cool

I should marry her really shes hot but i dont like my immediate follower carrying all the crap married partners get in inventory.
