highlight Laci's name under actors in the creation kit and hold ( ctrl ) and press f4 if nothing happens try f2 its either 1 it will prompt you to import face gen data then simply save and exist check ingame and it should be fixed . works for me everytime.
Nice follower, but yes, he has a gray face bug. Fixed it with CK. But i cannot fix his level 1 attributes. I tried to levelup myself using console, but his attributes still were the same, so I had to assign them via console, which is kinda sad, but I really like your work so I'm endorsing this. More orc followers! =)
@Didier47 - Yes, he DOES auto-levelup with you. He may be bugged to level 1 attributes when you first meet him, but when you first level up with him he should be fine. - I don't know if i understand your question correctly, but no, I don't think you can give him less powerful armor. There may be other mods for it in the nexus, which removes followers' base outfits, but as far as i know it may only work for vanilla followers. BUT you can take away his weapon, arrows, ring and necklace and give him anything, for sure. - He is completely neutral in the war. If you attack any of those or if they attack you, he will help you no matter if they are imperial or stormcloak or anyone. - Yes, he is essential. He is too badass so he can't die. Just 2 know if I have to reforge an armor/weapon set from scratch and if I can mess with factions without being backstabbed
