interesting, works, but I feel that it lacks impact. I can shoot this a charging draugar and they don't even slow down. it doesn't do much damage, I know it a apprentice lvl attack (something I feel that could be bumped up a rank or two), but the attack this is based on, took a long time to charge and punch a baseball sized hole through 2 guys (radditz and gohan) it should be able to mulch a wrinkly zombie Viking
no offense man .. but i found better beam cannon .. and you dont have to charge it plus .. yours dont work for me, its invisible .. does dmg, but cant see it
i dont realy get the whole "dragon ball" hype at the moment, in oblivion nobody seemed to care, did a new episode come out or something?
also true to a few people reacting here, pickolo uses his 2 fingers to charge, making/re using skyrim new animations would not be a bad idea (or make a set of gloves that always has this finger shape XP)
@ZReincarnation it was origonally called "Makankosappo" which translated to "Piercing Light Murder Gun" just to make it fit the time to say it for rough lip sync in english dub they called it "special beam cannon" Masenko is something completely different and isnt much more then a generic energy wave/beam (the one gohan uses which is learned from piccolo though)

But yeah sorry maker of the mod, i'm not saying the special beam cannon is an easy one to make but it has the iconic spiral around a central beam
The Masenko and the Special Beam Cannon are two different attacks.
The Masenko is an attack using both hands, one on top of the other with palms facing out and pushing forward. The SBC is an attack using two fingers, the index and middle, pressed against the forehead, then sharply pointed at the target.
They don't even look similar. (I'm a massive dbz nerd.)
