Yep, it makes it hard to fix these things when it won't work for some but others have no problem. Anyway, after a quick search I found it's common enough with race mods that this clever modder put out a fix...big thanks for that. I'm now really liking this character.
So there is a problem with this mod crashing. It's not only this mod, there have been others and why it only affects some of us...who knows. I found this race compatibility mod and it solved the problem for me. Hopefully it solves any conflict issues others are having. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10165#content
It should load just fine as long as its ticked in the data files window, it's last in the load order on mine. I don't understand why it wouldn't load on yours. It doesn't use any special models, so that stumps me.

I have that mod in my data folder, i'll start packaging it with all my races I make.
