This mod is for vanilla Skyrim, if you somehow modded the trees (I belive 98% already did this) I recommend you to install the absolutly impressive and awesome Dyndolod mod (no word can't descrive how espectacular Dyndolod is, period).
Dyndolod will fix all for you, new trees, new cities, new mountains, etc.
In my Dyndolod setup I set the bright of the LODs to -4 (Advanced -> LOD brightness), with this you'll get the same result as my mod.
Hello my friend. If you use Dyndolod, my mod is not required. When using Dyndolod, set the bright of the LODs to -4 (Advanced -> LOD brightness), with this you'll get the same result as my mod.
Thought you might want to know that this mod causes graphical glitches with the Dragonborn DLC. Some of the trees in the northern areas of Solstheim use a new model (trees with heavier snowfall on the branches) and the mod causes them to have big, low res branches sticking out of them. It sort of looks like the distant LOD trees are still there when you get close, clipping through the normal tree model. Would it be possible to make a new version that's compatible with Dragonborn's new trees?
Been using your LODs for a long time with Lush Trees, which was recently updated with new tree models. Would you consider making a shadowed LOD for the new version of Lush trees? Thanks for your time! Edit: The irony, I was not tracking nor endorsing this wonderful file! Corrected that now!

nice adition to all thoose ppl who like to max graphics, good work.
Right now I use fShadowDistance=4500.0000, it is in the [Display] section.
