You have in your current uploaded file, the following folder naming and structure:
    Mesh/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Test Follower.esp
    Textures/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Test Follower.esp

    You need:
    Meshes/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/agathetestmod.esp
    Textures/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/agathetestmod.esp

See how the last folders match the .esp name? Those folders should be in your data folder after you export.
Also the texture file for sure was the wrong one. Even when I corrected the structure from your upload, It still had dark face issue.

    1. Make sure when you export you left click Agathe. (Will turn blue and be highlighted.)
    2. Hold down control and hit F4.
    3. You'll see a box that says Export face gen data for all selected NPCs?
    4. Hit yes and you'll see a box that says Done.
    5. Hit ok and you don't even have to save the .esp or anything.

You just have to recreate the correct file structure and copy that folder that's named after your .esp where it needs to go.

I see, well everything is the same so I guess I chose the wrong file, sorry for that, fixing it now.
Thanks again for the help. <img class=">

I uploaded one of before I control F4'd and one of after so you can see how much better it blends. It's easily fixable on the user end; it's just that 50% of your users won't know how to do it. I mean, Hell it took me a month to figure it out and I'd modded other Beth games in the past. Course I'm not the sharpest tool, but anyways happy modding!

I see now, I DEFINITELY got to remember that, by the way, after pressing ctrl+f4, where did the files go? Because I actually copy them from my Data files.

    And thank you.

Yep. I can upload a pic of before the control F4 and one of after the control F4 if you like.

Edit: Yes, it's a tip. Just telling you something that I wish I'd figured out sooner than I did <img class=">

That would be great, I'm adding those 2 files & uploading it now

Thanks for telling me that, I'll copy & save it on my pc from now on <img class=">

When you add a new npc to the game or alter the looks of a vanilla npc, it's a good idea is to include the FaceGenData with the upload. Otherwise the end-user will have an unnaturally dark or gray-faced look.

To export this data, you left click select the npc(s) you have created/changed in the Creation Kit and hit control + F4.

Now the information to upload with your file will be located at:

    Meshes/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/ModNameHere.esp

    Textures/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/ModNameHere.esp

(I tend to tell people this because it's a something you didn't have to do in Fallout 3 or Oblivion that I modded quite a bit before I started playing around with Skyrim. My first npc mod sat on the Skyrim Nexus near a month without me knowing that end-users were getting black-face bug, because I thought exporting on my end was all I had to do. I'd have never known, but a couple things that FalmerBane and Arthmoor had said made my brain click and I went "Doh, I need to include this data!")

So, did she have a dark face bug on your end?

If you're just giving me a tip, thanks, I value it.
